We recognize the challenges everyone is dealing with due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We hope you are all safe, secure, and healthy. Our thoughts go out to each of you as you deal with the uncertainties and changes in your lives.
The services Yards by Mike provide are considered essential, so after much thought and consideration we will continue all services with slight changes in routes, staffing and organization. The changes we have made will ensure the health and safety of our employees and we request that you have no direct interaction with our crews while they are working. We are limiting staff contact by adding more vehicles with less staff so there may be slight delays as we have fewer crew members on your property. We have increased our cleaning efforts by adding spray disinfectants and hand sanitizer in all of our trucks. Our staff will also be wearing safety goggles and masks as they always have.
Please contact the office directly if you have any concerns about the services provided, special service requests or your account. Please be patient with us as we have also had to considerably change our work environment and will have to adapt to schedule changes and requests. Rest assured we are monitoring the situation and will respond as conditions evolve.
